| Powerful KPIs and Templates: |
Deep Insight and Analysis: |
| Installations may choose from the library of standard application KPIs for monitoring. Thresholds could be set for alerting as well as modes of alerting. Templates can field customized to meet site specific needs such as polling frequency. Templates help email administrators monitor exchange servers at different levels of detail depending on the need. |
Using the high level availability summary, users will be able to drill-down to the desired level of detail and examine the root cause of the RDBMS related incidents and problems. Typical out-of-the box reports available include:
• Mail server configuration report
• Standard dashboard for Mail server
• Custom dashboard for Mail server
• Mail server response time report
• Open alarms
• Mail server availability report
• Mail server performance report
• Event cause report
• MTBF report
• Mail system SLA report
|
| Application Usage Metering (Bolt-on Module): |
• Mail application usage can be determined by service, by user groups (logical groups e.g. departments) and by users within the group.
• IPMeter monitors the mail traffic between devices in the network and then aggregates to calculate mail system usage.
• The traffic between several user groups can be compared with respect to usage of mail applications in the network; this can help in accounting.
