Turnkey Project
The solution to meet the challenges was implemented as a turnkey project involving Design of Sybase and SQL Server KPIs to be monitored, Installation of SNAPPiMON in Test & Production environments, Configuration of KPIs/ thresholds/ alarm conditions, User acceptance and performance testing, Training of DBAs and overall Program Management.
A structured deployment methodology was used to ensure smooth, predictable roll-out of the product. The system in production mode is serving a community of DBAs, IT Managers and Business Managers who view database health on anytime, anywhere basis.
